Healthwatch Norfolk, in partnership with Norfolk County Council’s Public Health teams, is seeking local views on two areas of wellbeing: NHS Health Checks and stop smoking services.
- NHS Health Checks are free for residents aged 40–74 and help identify risks of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Feedback is welcome whether you’ve had a check, are eligible soon, or haven’t booked yet.
- Current and former smokers (that have smoked in the last 10 years) are invited to share experiences with quitting, relapse, or support services to help people stop smoking.
