2026 Flu Clinics From the end of August you will be able to pre-book your flu vaccinations. For children and pregnant women, clinics are available from 1st September and for everyone else from 1st October. If you are over 75 or immunosuppressed, you can also have your COVID vaccination at the same time or you can have your COVID jab separately, please advise the receptionist.
Updating How We Contact You About Health Reviews
To improve the way we communicate with our patients, Great Massingham & Docking Surgeries are now moving from sending letters to primarily using email and text messages for health review invitations and reminders. Click here for more info
Changing your contact details
To update details like your name, address, phone numbers or email address:
use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
If you have moved to a new address, you will need to be in our catchment area to stay registered with our surgery.
Changing your phone number or email address
You will need to show us identification before we can change your phone number or email address.
Changing your name
You will need to show us proof that you have changed your name. This could be a marriage or civil partnership certificate, deed poll or birth certificate.
